- Design and deliver English listening, speaking, reading, and writing courses in line with international English teaching standards, catering to students of different age groups.
- Assess students' English proficiency, develop personalized learning plans, and target weaknesses in vocabulary, grammar, and communication skills.
- Utilize multimedia resources to create an interactive and engaging online teaching environment, stimulating students' interest in English learning.
- Regularly evaluate learning outcomes, provide detailed feedback to students and parents, and adjust teaching strategies in a timely manner.
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in English Education, Applied Linguistics, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of ESL teaching experience.
- Proficient in English (native speaker or C1/C2 level) with standard pronunciation and fluent communication skills.
- Familiar with online teaching tools (ClassIn) and capable of designing interactive teaching activities.
- Patient, responsible, passionate about education, and with strong cross-cultural communication awareness.
