The role involves teaching English listening, speaking, reading, and writing courses online, following international English teaching standards. The position caters to students of various age groups, focusing on personalized learning and interactive instruction.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver English courses (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) in line with international English teaching standards for different age groups.
• Assess students’ proficiency , develop personalized learning plans , and address weaknesses in vocabulary , grammar , and communication skills .
• Utilize multimedia resources to create an interactive and engaging online learning environment that stimulates students’ interest in English.
• Regularly evaluate learning outcomes , provide detailed feedback to students and parents, and adjust teaching strategies as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in English Education , Applied Linguistics , or a related field.
• 1–2 years of ESL teaching experience .
• Proficient in English (native speaker or C1/C2 level ) with standard pronunciation and fluent communication skills .
• Familiarity with online teaching tools (e.g., ClassIn) and ability to design interactive teaching activities .
• Patient , responsible , passionate about education , and demonstrates strong cross-cultural communication awareness .
