Role Overview
EDGE Tutor's Premium Team needs professionals — BPO trainers, VAs, corporate communicators, and educators — with a 4-year degree and strong spoken English to teach adult learners business English that works in real global settings.
This is a selective teaching role designed for individuals with strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to deliver excellent learning experiences in every session.

Learners: Adult Professionals (Executives, Career Builders, Global Learners)
Session Type: 1-on-1 and Small Group Classes
Markets: Global (China, LATAM, Europe, APAC)

Full training and TEFL certification support are provided to qualified applicants.
Teaching Commitment
Available Teaching Blocks (Peak Hours):
• 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• 12:00 AM – 4:00 AM
• Minimum 25 teaching hours per week (part-time or full-time)
• Two rest days weekly, with at least one weekend day preferred
• High global demand ensures strong and consistent booking volume
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver structured Business English lessons for adult learners
• Conduct 1-on-1 and group classes effectively
• Support learners in improving fluency, confidence, and workplace communication
• Provide clear and constructive feedback after each session
• Monitor learner progress and learning outcomes
• Adjust teaching approach based on learner level and cultural context
• Maintain a professional and inclusive classroom environment
• Follow structured lesson materials and teaching guidelines
• Participate in ongoing training and quality development programs

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- University graduate (any 4-year course)
- Bachelor's diploma and Transcript of Records (TOR)
- TEFL, TESOL, or equivalent certification
- Strong spoken English proficiency (C2 level / EFSET equivalent)
- Philippine bank account (for payroll purposes)
Preferred Experience:
• Business English or corporate communication training
• BPO, VA, or client-facing professional experience
• Online tutoring or teaching background
