Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of spa services is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist spa guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle spa bookings, schedules, and guest inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with therapists and spa staff for efficient operations
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area
