Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field
- At least 1 year of experience in all HR Facets
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel and work on-site across various locations

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Support employee relations initiatives to ensure a positive workplace environment.
- Manage and maintain employee records, payroll, and compensation and benefits administration.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
- Conduct new employee orientations and provide ongoing support to staff regarding HR policies.
