Leads and oversees the organization's Human Resources Department which covers workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, organizational development and policy implementation. Responsible for developing HR strategies, managing team performance, ensuring compliance with labor laws, representing the company in labor-related matters, and driving HR initiatives that support organizational goals and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or other Behavioral Science Course, MBA/MA an advantage
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in HR with demonstrated expertise in organizational development and learning & development including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, business acumen, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Experienced in developing and implementing HR, Organizational Development, and Learning & Development initiatives to support business objectives and employee growth.
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, organizational awareness, customer focus, and a results-driven mindset.
