- Graduate of Engineering or any related degree
- At least 2–3-year Supervisory experience in a Manufacturing Industry
- Experience in Wiring harness industry is advantage
- Willing to work onsite
- Responsible for developing and implementing production plans, schedules and strategies to meet the objectives of production.
- Monitoring of production processes
- Will coordinate with other department to ensure that production goals are met.
- Implementation of safety protocols and adhere safety guidelines.
- Ensuring that production run efficiently and safely.
- Monitoring and production control costs.
- Supervise a team of production engineers
- Responsible for analyzing budgets, schedules, production requirements
