Hello, Powerplant Professionals! We are currently hiring for Photovoltaic Power Plant Maintenance & Repair Technicians!
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of photovoltaic power plant equipment to ensure safe and stable operation;
- Strictly implement photovoltaic power plant maintenance procedures and complete preventative, scheduled, and ad-hoc maintenance work according to plan;
- Responsible for the inspection and maintenance of equipment in the photovoltaic area, including the inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical equipment such as inverters, combiner boxes, transformer substations, and high and low voltage switchgear;
- Regularly clean and dust the solar panels to keep the modules clean and improve power generation efficiency;

- Promptly identify and eliminate equipment defects and safety hazards to ensure the safety of lines and equipment;
- Participate in the overhaul, technical upgrade, and emergency repair of power station equipment, and properly organize and archive maintenance records, test reports, and equipment ledgers;
- Use various maintenance tools and testing instruments correctly and skillfully, and carefully store and regularly maintain them;
- Be responsible for the application, acceptance, and inventory management of spare parts, maintenance materials, and other supplies;
- Implement safe operating procedures, ensure safety protection and civilized production at the work site, and ensure that work is completed, materials are removed, and the site is clean;
- Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or above, majoring in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation, or related fields;
- At least 2 years of experience in electrical equipment inspection or maintenance, with priority given to those with experience in photovoltaic power stations, wind farms, or substations;
- Priority given to those holding high-voltage electrician's license, low-voltage electrician's license, high-altitude operation license, welder's license, or driver's license;
- Strong hands-on skills and fault analysis and handling abilities, familiar with the principles of primary and secondary electrical systems;
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office software, able to independently complete maintenance reports and equipment ledgers;
- Basic English communication skills, able to understand English technical documents and operation manuals;
- Good health, able to adapt to outdoor and high-altitude work, and willing to accept company work assignments and overseas project site assignments.
