Sales Officer
Full-time
Dempsey Resource Management Inc.
• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with clients in the construction sector (developers, contractors, consultants, architects, etc.)
• Generate new sales leads through field visits, networking, and market research.
• Conduct product presentations and site visits to demonstrate technical value.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts aligned with company policies.
• Support after-sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years of proven sales experience in the construction industry (materials, equipment, construction services, MEP products, etc.)
• Strong network of industry contacts (developers, contractors, consultants).
• Solid negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites/client meetings.
Package is 30k-35k/month (depend to experience - Nego)
Allowances- 2-5k
