Senior Sales Officer (Alabang)

Duties and Responsibilities
Sales and Revenue Generation
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the territory.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, distributors, and retail accounts.
Conduct regular field visits to promote GoNutrients products and increase market penetration.
Execute sales strategies to boost product visibility and demand.
Distributor and Key Account Management
Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
Monitor distributor performance, inventory levels, and order fulfillment.
Ensure timely delivery, stock availability, and proper product distribution.
Support onboarding of new distributors and outlets.
Market Development
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Expand product presence in assigned areas and open new accounts.
Implement promotional campaigns, trade marketing activities, and brand activation programs.
Reporting and Coordination
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Monitor sales performance, track targets, and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and supply chain teams for smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts.
Address customer concerns, inquiries, and after-sales issues promptly.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in FMCG, distribution, or field sales (health products is an advantage).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to do fieldwork and travel within assigned areas.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to meet sales targets consistently
