JOB DESCRIPTION
The HR Officer will coordinate assigned HR programs and ensure timely employee support and compliance. The successful candidate should be organized, capable in the relevant field, and able to work professionally with the assigned team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage assigned HR processes such as onboarding, records, benefits, attendance, or employee relations.
• Prepare and review HR documents and reports.
• Respond to employee and supervisor questions within assigned authority.
• Coordinate policy implementation and HR deadlines.
• Escalate complex cases to the HR supervisor or manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• College Level or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
• Good organization, written communication, confidentiality, and records management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic HR systems.
• HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related background is preferred.
• Familiarity with Philippine HR practices is an advantage.
