Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Tasks—assist with managing and processing all logistics-related paperwork, including documentation for FDA processing and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and company associated documentation.
- Recording of company monthly settlement form, creation of invoice and order forms.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in logistics or administrative roles, preferably in an office setting.
- Knowledge of FDA processing and regulatory requirements (preferred but not required).
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
