JOB DESCRIPTION:
Are you a visionary sales executive with a proven track record of driving multi-million peso growth in the hospitality and food service sectors? We are seeking a strategic, numbers-driven Vice President for Sales to command our overall sales operations, spearhead market expansion, and lead a high-performing sales division to new heights.
Work Location: Makati City (Central Business District)
Reports To: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Compensation: Highly Competitive Executive Salary + Premium Benefits Package
THE ROLE & STRATEGIC IMPACT
As the VP for Sales, you will own the entire sales ecosystem. You will not only design and optimize high-yield sales processes, but you will also hold full accountability for the department’s P&L and Balance Sheet accounts (specifically Inventory and Accounts Receivable). This role blends high-level project management, executive client relations with major hospitality accounts, and international principal management.

- Industry Expertise: Extensive leadership experience specifically within the Food Service and Hospitality Industry .
- Market Authority: Deep, insider knowledge of commercial kitchen and laundry equipment tailored for Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs), Hotels, Casinos, and Resorts .
- Education: Graduate of any Bachelor's degree ( an MBA or Master’s degree in a business-related field is a massive advantage) .
- Analytical Prowess: Strong propensity for numbers, financial data, and advanced data management (MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Global Mobility: Must be fully able and willing to travel—including international trips (approx. 3x a year) and domestic flights (approx. once a month) .
- Leadership Capabilities: Masterful grasp of sales strategies, project management, employee motivation techniques, and elite corporate communication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Architecture: Design, implement, and manage high-accuracy sales forecasting, quota structures, and high-performance incentive programs.
- Financial & Asset Governance: Manage the departmental Profit and Loss (P&L). Review the profitability of all Sales Quotations and massive Project Proposals while actively optimizing Inventory and Accounts Receivable.
- Deal Closing & Relations: Personally manage key institutional customer relationships and step in to negotiate and close high-value, strategic commercial opportunities.
- Process Engineering: Proactively identify sales process loopholes, inspect quality metrics, and enforce continuous improvement across the sales division.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate directly with other executive departments to ensure large-scale project requirements and customer expectations are flawlessly executed.
