Client Development Associate for Public

The Center for Leadership and Change, Inc. (FranklinCovey Philippines) is looking for a Client Development Associate for Public. He / She is responsible for maintaining and developing CLCI accounts through telemarketing.
Responsibilities:
- Build a robust sales pipeline through phone calls / email messages to generate sales for FranklinCovey public programs
- Close sales and exceed his/her specific individual annual/monthly sales targets
- Can clearly explain the benefits of FranklinCovey programs, processes, products, and services
- Build a strong client relationship to ensure that the account is maintained and actively sending participants in FranklinCovey’s public programs
- Provide general administrative support (when needed) to the Public Workshop Team to ensure smooth delivery of programs
- Ensure an updated CRM (Salesforce) database
Minimum Qualifications
- Confident and driven with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- An avid learner – has the ability and passion to learn new systems, products, and processes
- One year of sales experience and/or equivalent transferable skills
- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
