As a Store Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing a team of associates, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will play a critical role in driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring the store runs efficiently and professionally.
- Supervise and lead store staff to achieve daily sales and service goals
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, stock movement, and display standards
- Train, guide, and motivate team members to maintain store performance
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance
- Oversee cashiering procedures and ensure accurate reporting
- Coordinate with Area Managers and support teams to align with company objectives
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the store premises
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, or related courses
- Previous experience in retail management, ideally handling IT products
- Proven leadership experience in a supervisory or team leader role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management systems
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Knowledgeable in basic troubleshooting of laptops, mobile phones, or other IT-related products
