Procurement & Inventory Controller

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Monitors and updates inventory records (inbound and outbound items)
2. Checks and verifies received items against purchase orders or delivery receipts
3. Conducts daily inventory counts and stock checking
4. Ensures accuracy of item quantity, description, and location
5. Prepares inventory reports and submits updates to management
6. Monitors stock levels and reports shortages or excess items
7. Organizes and maintains proper storage of products
8. Coordinates with warehouse staff regarding stock movement
9. Checks damaged, missing, or expired items
10. Ensures proper labeling and arrangement of stocks
11. Assists in cycle counting and physical inventory activities
12. Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse area
13. Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials when receiving, transferring, or arranging stocks
14. Willing to perform manual handling and warehouse tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (Preferably Male)
• Willing to perform warehouse tasks and manual handling
• Good in counting and checking inventory accuracy
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Knowledgeable in inventory monitoring and stock control
• Can use basic computer applications (Excel/records management)
• Able to work independently and with a team
• Responsible, hardworking, and trustworthy
• Willing to work in a warehouse environment
• Experience in inventory or warehouse operations is an advantage (but not required)
• Willing to undergo 2 weeks of training in Marilao, Bulacan (company-shouldered).
