POSITION: Procure to Pay Team Lead
INDUSTRY:
WORK LOCATION: Naga City
WORK SCHEDULE: Night Shift | Monday to Friday
SALARY: Php44,000- Php51,000
WORK SET UP: Hybrid (3x Onsite per week)

- Will be responsible in handling escalated and complex customer service issues, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to SLAs
- Track and report service performance, contributing to strategic financial results within their area
- Identify work-related issues, investigate causes using available methods or resources, develop and suggest alternative solutions for continuous improvement
- Assist in the development strategies and establishing operational goals, collaborating closely with the Delivery Manager.
- Train team members on process changes and updates, ensuring team members are aligned with current best practices.

- With 3 years’ experience in leadership role
