Farm Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to oversee daily crop production operations and ensure high productivity, quality, and efficiency in all farming activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Farm Supervisor in crop production is required
- At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in planting, cultivation, and harvesting
- Knowledgeable in soil preparation, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
- Willing to work on-site
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily farming activities including planting, watering, fertilizing, and harvesting
- Monitor crop health and implement proper pest and disease control
- Ensure proper use of farm tools, equipment, and materials
- Lead and manage farm workers to meet production targets
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the farm area
- Prepare reports and coordinate with management
