Production Supervisor

- Sets up and arranges the shifting schedule of production workers and ensuring completeness of manpower
- Supervises and coordinates production activities
- Ensures an efficient performance of production workers according to established procedures, guidelines and standards of filling, packaging and quality control
- Monitors the availability of raw and packaging materials for use of the incoming shift
- Conducts on line inspection of process parameters
- Develops, leads, trains production personnel to improve their productivity
- Monitors the work attitude and performance of production personnel
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, BS Electrical Engineering and BS in Industrial Engineering
- At least 1 year of working experience in a Food Manufacturing company
- With knowledge in ISO is an advantage
- Highly technical proactive, committed and team player; hardworking and flexible
- With Supervisor Experienced specializing in Food Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Light Industry Science Park 1,Cabuyao Laguna
