Recruitment Assistant (Project-based)

The Recruitment Assistant supports the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to ensure efficient hiring delivery. This project-based role provides strong exposure to volume hiring campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate coordination
- Assist with interview scheduling and follow-ups
- Maintain ATS accuracy and recruitment trackers daily
- Support job posting and respond to applicant inquiries
- Prepare basic recruitment activity reports
- Ensure data privacy and confidentiality of candidate information
- Provide administrative and recruitment support as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, or related field
- Entry-level recruitment or sourcing experience
- Open to fresh graduates with training/exposure in volume hiring or staffing environment
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in fast-paced projects
- Willing to work on-site or hybrid depending on project requirements
