Job Summary
We are hiring a Management Accounting Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for a growing restaurant chain. The successful candidate will provide meaningful financial insights that support operational excellence, cost optimization, and strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Prepare management reports, variance analyses, and business performance reviews.
- Analyze sales, operating costs, profitability, and financial trends.
- Partner with Operations and department leaders to improve financial performance.
- Evaluate business opportunities, including new store openings and expansion projects.
- Develop financial models and reports to support executive decision-making.
- Strengthen financial controls and improve reporting processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Supervise and develop the Management Accounting team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA designation is an advantage.
- At least 10 years of experience in Management Accounting, FP&A, or Financial Analysis.
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial planning.
- Experience in Restaurant Chains, Hospitality, Retail, or FMCG is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP system experience.
- Willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City, Monday to Friday.
