About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Accounting Manager (CPA) to oversee financial costing, inventory accounting, and operational cost management for our restaurant and food manufacturing operations. You will partner closely with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure accurate costing and maximize profitability.
Responsibilities
- Manage all cost accounting activities.
- Oversee inventory accounting and valuation.
- Lead month-end cost closing and reconciliations.
- Analyze production and restaurant operating costs.
- Develop cost reduction initiatives.
- Prepare profitability and variance reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Support budgeting and financial planning.
- Improve costing systems and internal controls.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team.
Qualifications
- CPA is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
- Minimum 8 years of accounting experience.
- At least 3 years managing a cost accounting team.
- Experience in Restaurant, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Food Production.
- Strong ERP and Excel skills.

About the Role
We are looking for a Cost Control & Inventory Accounting Manager to lead inventory accounting, cost analysis, and financial controls across our restaurant and commissary operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory accounting processes.
- Monitor inventory variances and wastage.
- Review costing accuracy for all products.
- Analyze food costs and operating expenses.
- Prepare inventory and financial reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams.
- Improve inventory control procedures.
- Support audits and compliance requirements.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supervise the accounting team.
Qualifications
- CPA required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
- 8+ years of accounting experience.
- Experience in inventory-intensive industries.
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems and ERP.
- Excellent analytical skills.
