Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Accounting Manager to lead the cost accounting function of a rapidly expanding fast food chain. The role is responsible for driving financial performance through accurate product costing, inventory management, cost optimization, and strategic financial analysis across restaurant operations and commissaries.

This position partners closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Executive Management to support business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all cost accounting functions across restaurants and commissary operations.
• Develop and improve costing models for menu items and products.
• Monitor food costs, labor costs, inventory losses, and operating expenses.
• Review inventory valuation, stock movements, and monthly reconciliations.
• Analyze cost variances and identify opportunities to improve margins.
• Prepare management reports on profitability, operational costs, and financial performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost planning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and internal controls.
• Implement process improvements to strengthen inventory and cost management.
• Mentor and develop the finance and cost accounting team.

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
• At least 8 years of accounting experience , with 3 years in a managerial position .
• Strong background in Fast Food, Restaurant Chains, Food Manufacturing, or Retail.
• Experience in product costing, inventory accounting, BOM, standard costing, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City.
