- Display products effectively, ensure stock levels are maintained, and assist in inventory management.
- Design and implement attractive product displays to enhance store aesthetics.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed.
- Analyze sales data to optimize product placement and assortment.
- Collaborate with management to execute promotional campaigns.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with visual standards.
- Assist in training staff on merchandising techniques.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in retail or merchandising preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of supply chain management, effective communication, and organizational skills.
- Working Conditions: Retail environment with potential for standing for long periods and lifting merchandise.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and team player with a positive attitude.
