Job Overview We are looking for a QA/QC Supervisor to oversee the quality and compliance of electrical works for new construction and renovation projects. The role will be responsible for reviewing electrical designs, supervising installation and testing activities, and ensuring that all electrical works comply with applicable codes, safety standards, and project requirements. Qualifications
- Licensed Engineer or Architect.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in electrical engineering, design, installation, or quality control.
- With experience in residential construction/ real estate projects.
- Knowledgeable in preparing and reviewing electrical plans, technical drawings, schematics, and load schedules.
- Experienced in supervising and inspecting the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Knowledgeable in applicable electrical codes and standards, including PEC and NEC, as well as safety regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willing and able to travel to various TM project sites in Marikina and Rizal areas.
- Willing to work onsite at the Marikina Head Office and assigned project sites.
- Design and develop electrical systems and layouts for new construction and renovation projects.
- Prepare and review electrical plans, technical drawings, schematics, and load schedules.
- Supervise and inspect the installation of electrical systems at project sites.
- Oversee the testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure that electrical works meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes, including PEC and NEC, as well as safety standards and regulations.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate necessary corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain relevant technical, inspection, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams and other stakeholders regarding electrical and quality-related concerns.
- Perform other engineering and QA/QC-related duties as assigned.
