- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee site operations, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and manage on-site teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely project delivery.
- Monitor progress and report to project management.
- Conduct regular site inspections and address issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities and materials.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant site supervision experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong project management skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Working Conditions: Field-based role requiring time spent outdoors and on construction sites.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
