Requirements:
- BS Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Graduate or Equivalent
- With 7 years working experience as Project in Charge for HVAC works
- Construction experience specializing in Site Operations and Implementations based on approved FCD's, Technical Specifications, Employer's requirement and TOR's
- Knowledgeable in ISO standards and procedures
- Willing to be assigned in the project sites
Job Description:
- Supervise HVAC installation works, specially for AC Units and Mechanical System including ducting and piping
- Interpret and review Mechanical plan lay-outs, construction/installation drawings and technical specifications
- Monitor day-to-day project site operations and lead AC technicians and subcontractors
- Coordinate site activities with other trades (civil, structural, architectural, and MEPFS)
- Conduct inspection and quality control checklist to ensure workmanship meets design and regulatory standards
- Monitor schedule and progress, to submit daily/weekly/monthly report
- Resolve technical and on-site issues with urgency
- Ensure timely manage procurement tracking and delivery of AC equipment site materials
- Support testing, commissioning and system integration of control system
- Ensure compliance with building codes, environmental standards and safety protocols
- Maintain project documentation including daily reports, safety logs and progress updates
- Lease with clients, consultants and internal teams for project alignment and updates
