About the Role
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented On-the-Job Trainees (OJTs) to join our Quality Assurance (QA) team in an e-commerce clothing company. This internship is ideal for students who want hands-on experience in ensuring product quality, supporting smooth sales operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
This role focuses on retail QA, including inspecting products, preparing reports, and supporting operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect clothing items to ensure they meet quality standards before sale
- Assist in preparing quality and operations reports
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements in workflow and customer experience
- Support daily retail operations and smooth handling of products for online orders
Qualifications
- Open to students in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or related courses
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Interest in product quality, customer satisfaction, and business operations
- Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced onsite environment
