Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Healthcare Administration or related field
- Experience Level: 3–5 years in healthcare or insurance-related roles
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure
