Sales and Operations Officer

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Generate sales opportunities through customer inquiries, walk-in clients,

referrals, and business development activities.

● Prepare and present service quotations, proposals, and product

recommendations based on customer requirements.

● Assist customers in selecting appropriate automotive services, accessories, and

enhancement solutions.

● Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities

for repeat business and upselling.

● Monitor sales pipelines and ensure timely follow-up of leads, quotations, and

pending customer decisions.

● Address customer concerns, complaints, and after-sales inquiries professionally

and efficiently.

● Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently maintained

throughout the customer journey.

● Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficient scheduling and

completion of services and installations.

● Monitor job orders, service requests, production schedules, and project

timelines to ensure on-time delivery.

● Coordinate with installation teams, technicians, warehouse personnel, and

suppliers to ensure operational readiness.

QUALIFICATIONS:

● Bachelor’s Degree graduate in Business Administration, Marketing

Management, Automotive Management, Entrepreneurship, Communications,

or any related business or sales-focused course.

● Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, operations, customer service, or

automotive-related industries.

● Experience in automotive services, detailing, paint protection film (PPF),

ceramic coating, vehicle accessories,
