Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily branch operations
Ensure compliance with company standards
Monitor store performance and service quality
Handle operational issues and staff concerns
Assist in scheduling and staff supervision
Conduct store inspections and submit reports
Support in-store marketing and promotions
Gather customer feedback to improve sales
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
At least 2 years experience in operations or retail/service supervision
Strong leadership and communication skills
Willing to travel to different branches
Can Start Asap
