Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement organizational development strategies and programs.
- Analyze organizational structures, workflows, and processes to improve efficiency.
- Manage and support performance management systems and employee evaluation processes.
- Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Facilitate employee engagement, culture-building, and team development initiatives.
- Support change management projects and organizational transformation efforts.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OD programs and recommend improvements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis related to workforce performance and development.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify organizational needs and solutions.
- Assist in developing policies, competency frameworks, and career development programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a similarrole.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in performance management, training, and employee engagement programs is an advantage.
