Job Summary
Detail-oriented and proactive Field Engineer to manage construction activities on-site, coordinate with contractors and project teams, and ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and project managers
- Monitor project progress and prepare site reports
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support on-site
- Manage materials, equipment, and workforce allocation
- Review and interpret construction plans and technical documents
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Licensed Engineer preferred
- Proven experience in construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety standards
- Ability to read technical drawings and plans
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in engineering software and MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Work Environment
