About the role
Are you an experienced Draftsperson looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and development of innovative architectural projects? We are seeking a talented Draftsperson to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in bringing our architectural designs to life through precise drafting and technical drawings.
What you'll be doing
- Prepare detailed architectural drawing and technical specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- shop drawings, system designs and other related task pertaining to shop drawings
- fabrication drawings for specified parts of unitized panel
- Prepare material take off
- Seamlessly integrating and working with project managers design consultants, and sub-contractors, to produce and alter drawings.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of design standards, templates, and libraries
- Contribute to the successful delivery of projects by providing technical support and problem-solving expertise
What we're looking for
- Relevant diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting / Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years in modeling and sheet metal design.
- Strong background in facade systems and sheet metal fabrication is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD software.
- Expertise in Revit for 3D modeling and detailing is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Fusion 360or Inventor for parametric modeling and sheet metal workflows.
- Familiarity with shop drawings for fabrication and coordination.
- Excellent understanding of materials , folding techniques , and assembly requirements for sheet metal.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and well-organized technical drawings
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Amenable to work in Pasig and Iloilo Office.
