We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support strategic financial planning, forecasting, and executive decision-making. The role is responsible for building advanced financial models, analyzing business performance, and delivering insights that drive growth, efficiency, and profitability. You will work closely with the VP of FP&A and senior stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
- Analyze financial performance, trends, and key business drivers
- Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles
- Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Create dashboards, reports, and executive presentations
- Conduct scenario and financial impact analysis for strategic initiatives
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 8–10+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance
- Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Experience with Power BI and working knowledge of SQL preferred
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in multi-site or multi-location businesses is a plus
- Exposure to M&A, underwriting, or acquisition analysis is an advantage
