Job Requirements & Qualifications
• Education : Graduate of any Bachelor's degree or College course (Finance, Accounting, or Business-related courses are a plus).
• Experience : Proven experience in credit verification, loan processing, bookkeeping, or credit underwriting—ideally within retail finance, banking, microfinance, or a motorcycle dealership network. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• System Familiarity : Direct hands-on experience using LOS web applications and CyberOne banking systems is highly preferred.
• Compliance Knowledge : Basic or operational familiarity with running CMAP/NFIS checks and navigating AMLA regulations.
• Schedule Alignment : Must be fully willing and able to work on a Monday-to-Saturday operational shift timeline.
Key Responsibilities
• Loan Evaluation & Underwriting : Receive motorcycle loan applications onboarded by Field Credit Advisors (FCAs), conduct pre-CI (Credit Investigation) evaluations, and compute/recommend viable loanable amounts.
• System Operations & Booking : Verify application details using our Loan Origination System (LOS) web app and formally book cleared loan accounts into the CyberOne system .
• Credit Checking & Compliance : Request CMAP/NFIS clearances from the CCAD, submit data to the Credit Information Corporation (CIC), and maintain strict compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its Revised Implementing Rules.
• Dealer & Client Relations : Issue official loan release forms to partner dealers, request disbursements of proceeds, and handle everyday client servicing requests (pay-offs, inquiries, re-availments, and pre-terminations).
• Reporting & Auditing : Prepare mandatory daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, ensuring all physical and digital loan documents are completely accounted for and safely secured.
