Bookkeeper Assistant

Description - Assist in managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and receivable.
- Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Support month-end closing procedures by preparing and maintaining financial reports.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to improve financial processes and streamline operations.
- Utilize accounting software to record transactions and generate financial statements.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in bookkeeping accounting and reconciliations
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with accounting software including SAP
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Able to prepare statements of cash flows and assist with accounts payable
