Accounting Encoder – US Hospital Records to support our healthcare operations. If you have strong data entry skills, a background in accounting or finance, and a passion for accuracy, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately encode financial and billing transactions into the system.
- Verify patient billing records and supporting documents.
- Record insurance and patient payments.
- Reconcile daily financial transactions and payment reports.
- Maintain accurate accounting and billing records.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and account reconciliations.
- Coordinate with the billing and finance teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and US healthcare confidentiality standards.
- Maintain organized electronic records and documentation.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, medical billing, or payment posting is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
