About the role
The Villa Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Villa Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day villa operations. This role combines office tasks, coordination duties, and light operational assistance in a stay-in arrangement.
Key responsibilities
Assist the Villa Manager with daily reports, documentation, and record-keeping
Maintain filing systems, inventory records, and guest/resident logs
Prepare purchase requests, expense tracking, and basic monitoring reports
Handle emails, phone inquiries, and internal coordination
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and external service providers
Monitor supply inventory and assist in procurement of villa needs
Schedule maintenance, repairs, and service appointments
Support event or guest arrangements when required
Assist in welcoming guests and handling basic inquiries
Ensure smooth check-in/check-out coordination (if applicable)
About you
Experience in administrative support, hospitality, or property management preferred
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, email handling)
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Good communication skills
Willing to stay in (accommodation provided)
