Telesales Team Lead

Job Description:
· Supervise, coach, motivate and build Telesales team spirit.
· Present new ideas and policies to improve performance.
· Work within your team’s KPI data, create and execute weekly/monthly/ quarterly improvement plan.
· Be an example of a star performer and coach subordinates
· Achievement of assigned team targets of daily calls.
· Achievement of assigned team deposit targets from outbound calling
· Achievement of assigned team target in terms of new player acquisition.
· Achievement of assigned team revenue targets.
Qualifications:
· College Graduate
· 1-3 years proven experience in a telesales or phone-based sales role.
· Excellent Telemarketing techniques and skills
· 1+ years’ experience in a team lead and/or coaching position.
· With good track record of meeting or exceeding department quotas.
