Citco is looking for a Team Lead – Full Stack Engineer to lead the design, development, deployment, and delivery of enterprise applications. This role combines technical leadership, software engineering expertise, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile team activities including planning, execution, reviews, and retrospectives
- Design and develop scalable full-stack applications
- Drive architecture discussions and technical decision-making
- Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality development standards
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Oversee project delivery across development, testing, DevOps, and support functions
- Mentor and guide team members
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years of experience with Java, Spring, and Hibernate
- 3+ years of experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and React
- 3+ years of experience with Python
- 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership role
- Strong AWS architecture, deployment, and monitoring experience
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies
- Experience with Oracle or PostgreSQL databases
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of Kotlin
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Knowledge of accounting or general ledger systems
