QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in any field
1+ years of experience in customer service or a front-desk role
Good verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office
Friendly, patient, and professional interpersonal abilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle daily customer inquiries and feedback via phone, email, or in person
Assist in the execution of customer events and lifestyle experiences
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction after sales or service visits
Update and maintain accurate customer records in the database
Escalate complex complaints to management and coordinate solutions
