Public Relations

The Public Relations & Influencer Relations Specialist is responsible for developing and executing public relations, influencer marketing, and partnership initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, credibility, customer engagement, and business growth. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with influencers, content creators, media partners, and strategic collaborators while supporting brand-building efforts across digital and offline channels.

The specialist will manage influencer recruitment, product seeding programs, partnership development, campaign execution, and public relations activities to support the company's marketing objectives, drive customer acquisition, and contribute to overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Public Relations & Influencer Relations

• Identify, evaluate, and recruit influencers aligned with target audience and brand objectives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, content creators, media contacts, and strategic partners.

• Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, onboarding, and collaboration agreements.

• Coordinate product seeding, gifting programs, and influencer campaigns.

• Monitor influencer content deliverables and campaign timelines to ensure successful execution.

• Track and analyze campaign performance and partnership effectiveness.

• Maintain and continuously expand the influencer and partnership database.

• Identify opportunities for brand collaborations, strategic partnerships, and public relations initiatives.

• Support media relations, publicity efforts, and reputation-building activities.

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging creators.

• Prepare partnership proposals, collaboration briefs, and campaign reports.

• Assist in organizing brand events, media engagements, and partnership activations.

• Marketing Support

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign implementation.

• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and special projects.

• Prepare campaign summaries, presentations, and performance reports.

• Assist with community engagement and brand-building initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in public relations, influencer marketing, partnerships, communications, or digital marketing.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.

• Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in FMCG, health, wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands is an advantage.
