About the Role
Lumeed Solutions Inc. is looking for a Junior Sales Executive with 1–2 years of sales experience who is comfortable meeting clients, developing new business opportunities, and building customer relationships.
The role will focus on generating leads, engaging prospective clients, understanding their business and technology requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to recommend appropriate solutions.
Experience in the IT industry, technology solutions, hardware/software, or other B2B sales environments is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other sales activities.
- Conduct field sales activitie s , including face-to-face client meetings, presentations, site visits, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and identify potential technology solutions that address their business needs.
- Coordinate with technical and solutions teams in developing appropriate recommendations for clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, presentations, and other sales materials.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams when necessary to support client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Work toward assigned sales targets and other performance objectives.
- Stay updated on the company's products, services, technology solutions, and relevant industry developments.
- Perform other sales and business development activities as assigned.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of sales or business development experience, with actual field selling/client-facing experience.
- Experience in IT sales, technology solutions, hardware/software, systems integration, or other B2B technology environments is preferred.
- Comfortable prospecting and approaching new clients through calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, and face-to-face meetings.
- Experience conducting client meetings, presentations, product discussions, or sales pitches.
- Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to understand client requirements and translate them into potential business opportunities.
- Goal-oriented and comfortable working toward sales targets.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in developing leads and opportunities.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple prospects and follow-ups.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to travel and attend onsite client meetings and field sales activities as required.
