Employee Relations Manager
- Oversee employee relations functions across logistics, trucking, warehouse, and operational departments;
- Manage disciplinary procedures, administrative investigations, and conflict resolution processes;
- Ensure implementation and compliance with company policies, labor laws, and operational regulations;
- Handle complex employee concerns, grievances, and labor-related issues;
- Coordinate with department heads regarding workforce management and employee discipline concerns;
- Lead employee engagement, workplace culture, and communication initiatives;
- Develop and implement employee relations programs that support operational efficiency and workforce productivity.
