- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare financial reports and statements for management review.
- Oversee the reconciliation of accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
