SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Displays a desire to learn, understand processes, and reach the next level
- Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal, and time-management skills
- Ability to compose clearly written, concise, and comprehensive documentation
- Ability to work well with team members and leadership
- Logical/critical thinker with goal of translating business requirements into technical strategy
- Basic business skills with an understanding of general financial operations and major goals (in a healthcare environment is a plus)
- Ability to problem solve/troubleshoot technical issues or data anomalies
- Ability to take functional notes and manage tasks in compliance with operating procedures/processes
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Include minimum education, technical training, or experience preferred to perform the job.
- 4 year college degree in applicable related field or
- 2-4 years analytics and reporting experience or
- 2-4 years experience in Revenue Cycle Management
- Healthcare experience is a plus
Salary: 40,000-50,000
