We Are Hiring: Omnichannel Business Analyst
- Onsite | Taguig, Metro Manila
- Salary: PHP 35,000 - 90,000/month

- Are you a Business Analyst with Salesforce and contact center experience? This one's for you!
You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field
- 1-3 years experience in a business systems or operations analyst role
- Experience supporting Salesforce
- Understanding of contact center technologies
- Strong communication and requirements gathering skills
- Must be based in the Philippines
What You Will Do:
- Partner with stakeholders to document business requirements and process flows
- Support configuration and troubleshooting of contact center platforms
- Create user documentation, training materials and process guides
- Develop and execute test scripts and support UAT
- Manage backlog and support Agile sprint activities
