Business Analyst

• Collaborate with Project Manager to forecast resource needs and ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Identify capacity-related challenges and provide practical recommendations to enhance team performance. 
• Support project teams by offering insights and solutions when encountering resource or capacity issues.
• Develop and optimize capacity tracking tools and dashboards, ensuring management has access to accurate and timely data for informed decision-making.
• Document processes and suggest improvements to enhance resource efficiency and team productivity.

In this role, you should be:

• Analytical, with expertise in data analysis tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Proactive and highly efficient in tackling tasks.
• A critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Quick to learn and eager to embrace new knowledge.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Preferred experience in business analysis, capacity planning, project resource management, or production management.
• Experience in cross-functional projects is an advantage.
• Strong presentation skills, especially with high-level management, are preferred.
• Proficient in both spoken and written Mandarin and English.
