Vice President for Sales

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field (Master's Degree in a business-related field is an advantage)
- Extensive experience in a sales leadership role
- Proven experience in the food service and hospitality industry
- Strong background in project management
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, sales operations, and employee motivation
- Familiarity with kitchen and laundry equipment for Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs), Hotels, Casinos, and Resorts is an advantage
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong strategic planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall sales operations to achieve business objectives
- Design, implement, and improve sales processes to drive efficiency and performance
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, quotas, and incentive programs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and close strategic business opportunities
- Review the profitability of sales quotations and project proposals
- Manage departmental Profit & Loss, inventory, and accounts receivable
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Perform other duties as assigned
